#24 Eden Prairie Repeats as Minnesota 5A Champ

Top-ranked Eden Prairie was challenged by #2 Cretin-Derham Hall in the Minnesota 5A Prep Bowl high school football championship game, but in the end the Eagles ranked #24 by USA Today showed why they now own a 27-game win streak.

Cretin-Derham returned the opening kickoff to take the early lead, but in the end couldn't hang close enough. Eden Prairie is now a perfect 6-for-6 in Prep Bowl after the 50-21 win.

Stephen Argyle Pushes Win Streak to 67 Straight and Wins Another Minnesota 9-Man Title

Football is a way of life for boys at Minnesota's Stephen-Argyle high school. With an enrollment of 56 boys, 51 of those boys are a member of the football team.

Friday, S-A won its fifth straight Minnesota 9-Man high school football championship beating previously unbeaten Waubun 43-21. It was Stephen-Argyle's 67-th straight win, which is the Minnesota state record.
